There's not a ton of crafting on the island of Lost Ark. But that doesn't mean finding cooking supplies isn't crucial. There are a variety of meals that you can make to boost your odds of success. But most of the time, ingredients are used to help you complete each Adventurer's Tome for each continent.
The Arthetine ingredients in the cooking recipe are a real mixed bag. Thankfully none of them are extravagantly expensive or require a lot of luck in order to acquire all the components you need. You'll have to find the ingredients in two dungeons. Find the obscure Wandering Merchant, and buy crystals from a complicated menu that's easy to get wrong. Let's look over a list of ways to help and where to go below.
Bergstrom's Miracle
You'll need access to Dr. Bergstrom's Lab underground dungeon of Totrich before you can attempt this recipe. Once inside (on any difficulty level) you'll notice a large machine on your right side with a couple of large test tubes with attached. On the south-facing side you'll find mokoko seeds - and to the opposite side, there's the Bergstrom's Yellow Potion.

Follow the dungeon through the guideline. You'll make a loop of the east side , which brings you back to the beginning place, before moving northwest. In the next step, you'll make a similar loop to the north of the dungeon. This time, you'll go through The Biological Lab and Power Core Room. As you approach the Power Core, there's an unnamed room. As you enter it from the north, you'll see some racks on the southeast portion of the area, with papers on the top shelf and cogs on a shelf below. Investigate here to find the Bergstrom's invisibility Potion.
